How is my salary calculated?

When and how do I get paid?
Salaries are typically paid once a month directly into your bank account. We assist you with the information needed to handle your taxes and social contributions correctly in Sweden.
Am I insured while working?
Yes. From your first day of employment, you are covered by comprehensive workplace insurance, including accident and liability insurance, according to Swedish labor laws.
Where will I live?
ENVADA provides or arranges quality accommodation. This is usually a fully furnished apartment or a private room in a shared staff house. We ensure that you have access to a kitchen, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi.
How do I get to the truck?
We coordinate the logistics between your housing and the work location. Most of our accommodations are located within a reasonable distance from the terminals or truck parking areas.
How long are the work rotations?
We offer different rotation models, depending on the customer, to suit both our clients and our drivers. Common models include 3:1 or 4:1 (weeks at work vs. weeks off), but we discuss the specific schedule during the interview.
What kind of trucks will I drive?
Our clients operate modern, well-maintained fleets, primarily consisting of Scania trucks. All vehicles are equipped with the latest safety technology and are optimized for Scandinavian winter conditions.
What happens if the truck breaks down?
All vehicles are covered by roadside assistance and it can very depending on the clients solution. You will have a clear protocol and contact numbers to call if any technical issues arise.
