Step 1: Online Application The first step is to fill out our digital application form. Be sure to upload clear copies of your Driver’s License (C/CE), CPC (YKB), and Driver’s Card. This helps us verify your qualifications quickly.

Step 2: Initial Interview If your profile matches our requirements, we will invite you to a telephone interview. This is a chance for us to get to know you, discuss your experience, and for you to ask questions about life and work in Sweden.

Step 3: Document & Reference Check Safety is our priority. We perform a thorough check of your professional documents and contact your previous employers for references. This ensures that all our drivers meet the high standards expected by our Swedish clients.

Step 4: Contract & Practical Arrangements Once approved, we handle the paperwork. You will receive a formal employment contract according to Swedish labor laws. At this stage, we also coordinate your travel arrangements and prepare your accommodation.

Step 5: Onboarding & Your First Shift Welcome to Sweden! Upon arrival, you will receive a comprehensive onboarding session. We introduce you to the local logistics, your vehicle, and the specific routines of the assignment. Then, it’s time to hit the road.
